......................So I saved the best for last!" |
Anne Tripette had a very special reason for coming to London and Abbey Road: "Here are two pictures of my children and I during our trip to London in November 2012. The story surrounding the trip is that one of my sons, Quentin, died in May 2011. He had been a great fan of the Beatles since he was just eight years old. In 2011 he should have passed an exam and I had promised to bring him to London - but we never got the chance to do it. So, in his memory I decided to go to London with my three other children. And we did. The picture above is of me, crossing Abbey Road carrying a photograph of Quentin...................... |
...........................These are my three other children - Priscilla, Erwan and Pierrick. We are from France, Mazéres - a village south of Toulouse." - [We are so sorry to hear of your loss Anne. Thank you for sharing such special memories with us. - Jeff] |
